RENEGADE: So, Andrew Holmes Catering, please talk us through your typical day.
ANDREW HOLMES CATERING: If we have a wedding the day starts pretty early where we pack up our van and get on the road to the venue. Here, we dress the tables for dinner and set up for a canapé and drinks reception while the chefs get prepping and cooking in kitchen. From here on the day goes in a flash, we pride ourselves on delivering a personal service to our clients. We know after a wedding the two things people always discuss are the food and music so for us we like to make sure our clients guests have enjoyed every part of the food experience while receiving excellent customer service. Once dinner is wrapped up about 9pm we clear up and head back to our kitchen in Greystones to unload while Andrew stays and sets up a midnight bbq!

ANDREW HOLMES CATERING: Food! Always food! On his days off Andrew loves heading into Dublin and checking out a new restaurant and gathering ideas! The food industry is such an evolving one in Dublin right now with chefs pushing the boundaries and not afraid to try new things and this is inspiring to us and we love working with our clients to design menus that reflect their personal taste and fitting in with the style of the big day!

ANDREW HOLMES CATERING: We have been so lucky to work with some amazing brides over the years. Some comes to us with a menu in their head that they know they want, others have no idea and we work with them to tailor one. Either way we are so honoured to be involved in a brides big day in such a huge way and never take that for granted.
